3. Consulting services and training

• Consulting engagements, audits, assessments and Virtual CISO services are governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or contract. If that document conflicts with these terms, that document wins.
• Training fees, schedules, batch sizes, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the enrolment confirmation or institutional agreement for each programme.
• Placement support helps learners prepare for and access opportunities. It is not a guarantee of employment, interviews or a particular salary.
• Licensing and procurement support is provided as advice. Products remain subject to each vendor's own licence terms.

4. Certifications and partner names

Certification exams are owned and run by the relevant certification bodies. Passing depends on the candidate and on each body's rules, which can change. Names and logos of certification bodies, technology vendors, clients and institutions shown on this website are trademarks of their respective owners, are used to identify them, and do not imply that they endorse Wizowl unless we say so.

5. Intellectual property

The Wizowl name and owl logo, website design, text and training materials belong to Wizowl Solution or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, sell or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, scan, probe or disrupt the website or its servers;
• submit false information or another person's details through our forms;
• upload or send malware, spam or unlawful content;
